Delivery Information
Orders should be dispatched up to 3-4 days after payment is recieved (though often sooner). Should there be any significant delay, the buyer will be notified straightaway.
Delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on the country of destination and the shipping method selected. According to information displayed on the An Post website, items sent via Standard Post within the Republic of Ireland may be delivered as soon as the next working day, but international items may take up to three to seven working days or longer, again depending on the location and shipping method.
Please be aware that once the item is dispatched, precise shipping time is no longer within my control. Should your item not arrive after 30 days has passed since the date of its dispatch, however, you may be eligible for a refund.
Returns and Refunds
I hope that you will be highly satisfied with any purchase you make through my online store. If however you find an issue with any purchases made, please do contact me either via the form on the 'Contact' page of this website or by sending me an email at [email protected], and I will happy to try and sort things out as best I can, including refunding where appropriate.
Buyers may return and exchange items, but must do so within 30 days of its delivery. In the event of returning an item, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and may only be refunded or exchanged if the returned product is in a resaleable condition. An exception may be made however for items that have been clearly damaged during delivery; in this instance, please provide photos of the damage when contacting.
